# Plans and recording limits

> Compare Tekma Free and Team creator limits, monthly capture allowances, and recording duration.

Tekma plans apply to a workspace. Owners and members are creators; viewers can review and comment without occupying a creator seat.

Free capture allowances use UTC calendar months. Team pricing is $14 per creator per month, or $168 per creator billed yearly. The billing page is the place to review the available checkout options and the amount before confirming a change.

## Review your workspace plan

Open the workspace's billing settings as an owner. Review the current plan and usage before inviting more creators or starting a high-volume recording workflow.

A higher plan does not override recording permissions or workspace privacy rules. Automatic navigation still depends on processing completing successfully.

## When you reach a limit

Read the limit message to identify whether it concerns monthly captures, creator seats, or recording length. A viewer role is appropriate for a person who only reviews reports. Split a reproduction longer than 15 minutes into shorter recordings.
