Owners and members can create capture links. Viewers can review and comment but cannot change sharing. Workspace policy can further restrict links.
  1. Open a ready capture and choose Share capture.
  2. Choose Anyone with the link for an external recipient or Workspace members only for signed-in members.
  3. Choose With DevTools when the recipient needs console, network or environment context. Choose Without DevTools for visual context only.
  4. Choose the expiry offered by the workspace, such as 24 hours, 7 days, or no expiry when an owner has enabled it.
  5. Create the link and copy the URL immediately.

Workspace defaults and folders

Owners choose Settings → General → Public sharing defaults for who can create links, default audience and expiry. A capture or folder can have a more restrictive audience. Folder membership and inherited folder audiences are evaluated when the link is read, so moving a capture or tightening a folder can remove it from a shared view.

Verify and revoke

Play the capture and inspect the included diagnostics before sending the URL. A newly created secret URL is not shown again after you leave the dialog; create a replacement if it is lost. Use the capture’s share controls to revoke an active link. Revocation removes access but does not delete the capture or copies a recipient already made. An Anyone with the link URL is bearer access. A Workspace members only URL still requires membership. Expired, revoked and trashed captures stop resolving. See privacy and folders.
