Plans apply to a workspace. Owners and members use creator seats; viewers can review and comment without using one. The billing page is authoritative for your current plan, purchased seats, usage and available actions. Free monthly usage follows UTC calendar months. Deleting a capture does not undo the capture reservation for that month. A paid plan does not override workspace role, privacy or processing rules.

Review or change a plan

Open Settings → Plans & billing as an owner. Review Captures this month, Creator seats, current plan and any period information. If checkout is enabled, choose a billing cycle and creator-seat count, review the estimate, then continue to Stripe to see the final tax and renewal terms. Nothing is charged until you confirm in Stripe. If online changes are unavailable, use Manage billing or ask the owner/support path shown by the page. Buying a seat does not invite a person. Reduce creator usage with the viewer role when someone only needs to review reports.
