Review your workspace plan

Open the workspace’s billing settings as an owner. Review the current plan and usage before inviting more creators or starting a high-volume recording workflow. A higher plan does not override recording permissions or workspace privacy rules. Automatic navigation still depends on processing completing successfully.

When you reach a limit

Read the limit message to identify whether it concerns monthly captures, creator seats, or recording length. A viewer role is appropriate for a person who only reviews reports. Split a reproduction longer than 15 minutes into shorter recordings. See workspace roles for what each member can do.
