A workspace groups your captures, members, connected browsers, and settings. Make sure you select the correct workspace before recording or changing a setting.

Roles

A viewer is useful for someone who needs to review and discuss reports without creating recordings. Owners and members are creators for plan limits.

Invite a teammate

As an owner, open Settings → Members, enter the teammate’s email address, and choose the appropriate role. The teammate follows the invitation to join the workspace using their account. Use the email address they intend to sign in with. If an invitation cannot be accepted, check that it is still valid and that the person is using the intended account.

Change access

Review membership when responsibilities change. Removing a member’s workspace access prevents them from continuing to use that membership to reach its content. Public share links are a separate access mechanism; review those links as well when appropriate.

Missing controls

If a setting or action is unavailable, check your role first. Some actions also depend on workspace privacy rules, feature availability, or plan limits. The server enforces permissions even if a page was opened before your role changed. See plans and limits and account security.
