Open Settings → Members in the intended workspace. Owners can change roles and remove members; a workspace must always keep an owner.

Invite by email

Choose Invite teammate, enter the address they will use to sign in, and choose Member or Viewer. The Invitations tab shows status and expiry. This build creates a private email-specific link for seven days; send the link yourself. A person must accept with the intended account. Owners can create Team links for controlled admission. Choose the role and expiry, then share the link privately. Revoking blocks future joins but does not remove current members. A person who leaves can rejoin while a live link still permits it. Team links do not create accounts or bypass beta/admission rules.

Change access safely

Review public capture links and folder grants when removing a member. A workspace role change does not automatically revoke an Anyone with the link URL. In the People tab, owners can use the role dropdown and confirm Change role, or choose Remove member. Demoting yourself can remove your owner controls, so keep another owner. In Invitations, New link invalidates the old link and creates a fresh seven-day link; use Copy invitation link once and send it privately. Team links require a name, role and expiry of up to 30 days; revoking one blocks future joins but does not remove people who already joined. Folder invitations use the selected workspace role and folder grant; see folders.
