Your account signs you in; workspace membership determines the captures and settings you can use. Keep both your account credentials and connected tools under review.

Profile and sign-in

Open Settings → Profile to review account settings. Use the available email, password, and verification flows when changing your sign-in details. A verification link must be opened while it is valid; request a new one if it expires.

Two-factor authentication

When enabling an authenticator, scan the enrollment QR code with your authenticator app and enter a current code to confirm setup. Store recovery codes in a secure place before leaving enrollment. Never share the enrollment QR code, authenticator secret, or recovery codes with support or an AI agent. If a code fails, check that your authenticator device has automatic time enabled and try the next current code.

Connected browsers

Review Settings → Browser extension for paired browsers. Disconnect an installation you no longer use. This removes its ability to upload future captures without deleting existing recordings.

Connected agents

Review Settings → Agent access for agent credentials and access. Grant only the scopes a workflow needs. Read access, recording uploads, comments, and capture changes are separate permissions. Signing an agent in does not grant it access to every workspace or bypass sharing policy. Access is checked against the account and requested operation. See MCP authentication and CLI setup.
