Open Library → All captures in the intended workspace. Search by title or use / to focus the search field. Switch between grid and table views when scanning many reports.

Filter the library

Use the filters for capture kind (Screenshots, Tab recordings, Desktop recordings, Instant Replays), state (Draft, Uploading, Processing, Ready, Failed, Archived, Trash), source, creator and folder. Choose Unfiled to find captures without a folder. Selecting View submissions on a recording link applies a link-scoped filter that can be cleared with the other filters. Create folders for a release or investigation, then move captures with the folder picker. Folder access and share behavior are separate from navigation; see folders.

Delete, restore, and purge

Delete moves a capture to Trash and withdraws its share links. Trash retains it for 30 days before cleanup. Open the Trash filter and choose Restore to return it to its previous state. Owners and members can delete and restore; viewers cannot. Delete permanently or a purge action removes the capture and cannot be undone. It is the right choice only after checking media, comments, links and external copies. Workspace retention can move inactive ready, failed or archived captures to Trash; viewing and comments do not reset its inactivity clock. For a workspace-level retention policy, open Settings → General → Capture retention. See sharing and access before restoring a capture with an old link.
